The hotel offers nice and spacious rooms with a lovely view and a quiet atmosphere. While the bathrooms may look a bit dated, they are overall clean and provide all necessary amenities, maintaining a classy feel throughout the stay.
The hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable with maintenance work nearby; service needs more cheeriness but efficient; a wee bit far from the city center; good food selection at Cafe Marco.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, meeting the expectations for the price range. The service, while fairly friendly, was slow and inattentive at times, particularly at the rooftop and lounge bars. The location was great, offering a relaxing ambiance close to malls and tourist spots, perfect for a vacation. The dining experience was varied, but unfortunately, I experienced food poisoning that affected my stay. The facilities were good, although some areas need improvement.
I was put on one of the newly renovated club floors, and everything was ready at the right temperature when I entered. The air conditioning in the rooms had some defects, though. The staff was helpful, from the bell boy who assisted us with our luggage to the attentive service during breakfast. The location didn't offer much to walk to but provided peace, quiet, and fresh air. The dining options were good, although I did get food poisoning that kept me out of commission for a couple of days after eating there. The facilities were average overall.
I stayed at the hotel near the pool and found the rooms to be a good size but a bit filthy compared to other 5-star properties I have visited. The service was a mix of very attentive and friendly staff with some inconsistencies in attentiveness. The location on a breezy hill with panoramic views was impressive, but it was a bit inconvenient having to travel to dine outside the hotel. The dining experience surpassed all other hotels in Cebu, with exceptional food and beverage offerings. The facilities were satisfactory, with room for improvement.

The location provides both tranquility and distant city access, with exceptional dining options but a noticeable distance from key attractions. The facilities offer a wide range of options, but some need updating.
